What locations do we ship to?

Currently we only ship products within the United States and we do not offer international shipping

All shipping costs are calculated based on your zip code

How will my order ship?

We use three methods of shipment:

-FedEx Ground Shipment

-LTL Shipment

-Dedicated Truck Shipment

The shipment method used for your order will be determined by the number of products ordered, the size of the products, and your location

Can I return my order?

Sadly, we can not offer any refunds or returns

All Ninja Zone Products are made to order, so once an order is placed it is final

How long will my order take?

The standard lead time for Ninja Zone product manufacturing is 5-6 weeks

Shipping may take an additional 2-7 days based on your location

*This timeline may fluctuate based on order size and current production schedules

How will I know my order has shipped?

You will receive a shipment notification and tracking information sent to the email used during checkout
